Collaboration between a client and DT Custom Shop starts with making a 50% deposit.The deposit is not refundable. Though, we are sure you will never want it back 😉
Payment is served by Payoneer and can be proceeded via your Payoneer account or a Credit Card. You will get the target card number together with the invoice.
As soon as all requested tasks are done, a customer receives the appropriate email notification from DT Custom Shop. This notification should be confirmed simply reply the email within the next 72 hoursweekends are not taken into account. It allows a customer to get 2 free revisions: after the confirmation, it is necessary to revise the work done within 24 hours. In case anything should be corrected, please write us back and send all corrections in a bunch.
All further revisions will be extra-charged.
Please consider that revision refers to initially set tasks, it does not imply adding any new tasks.
